These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ova-Sabi, an inventory and expiry management platform operated by Chervro Global Consults ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ova-Sabi provides cloud-based tools for tracking inventory, monitoring product expiry dates, recording sales and purchases, and generating business reports, accessible via web and mobile applications.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by staff members you add.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on monthly subscription plans. Current prices are displayed on our website and within the app.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
If a subscription payment fails or lapses, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is made.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

4. Your data

Business data you enter into the Service remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including product expiry dates.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful activity, or reselling it without our written consent.

6. Important disclaimer on expiry tracking

Ova-Sabi's expiry alerts and forecasts are tools to support your business decisions. They depend on the accuracy of data entered by you and your staff. The Service does not replace your legal and regulatory obligations regarding product safety, expired goods, or applicable NAFDAC and consumer protection requirements. You remain solely responsible for compliance.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or spoiled stock.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your business data within a reasonable period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
